I have been a member of this club since they merged with AliveTribe Fitness. Ted is wonderful and the other coaches are great too. The other athletes I workout with are all fantastic, so supportive and positive. The vibe in the gym is super positive all the time. And I get a great workout and great strength training. I'm 58 and only 170 pounds and I deadlift 335, bench 165+, squat 230+, push press 120+ and my cardio is as good as it can be given my lung capacity! It's a great place to workout.
